  • 24 drummies/wings
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of Creole seasoning
  • 2 heaping tablespoons of Seasoned salt
  • 4 tablespoons white distilled vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of kosher salt

Preparation

Step 1

First season the wings/drummies with the creole seasoning and the seasoned salt and allow to sit overnight in a baggie.

When ready to cook take them out of baggie and place in a baking dish and let them cook on about 400 degreef for about 15 minutes and then sprinkle over them the white distilled vinegar and the kosher salt and place back in the oven for about 10-15 minutes.
