Ingredients
- Now that it’s Fall, this is a good time to take these delicious pumpkin bars.
- 1 . 1-1/2 c. pumpkin pie filling
- 2 . 2 c. sugar
- 3 . 1 c. vegetable oil
- 4 . 4 eggs
- 5 . 1 t. vanilla
- 6 . 2 c. flour
- 7 . 2 t. baking powder
- 8 . 1 t. baking soda
- 9 . 1/2 t. salt
- 10 . 1 c. chopped nuts
- 11 . 1 can cream cheese frosting
- 12 . food coloring

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. In large bowl beat together pumpkin, sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Combine flour, baking powder and soda, and salt; gradually add to pumpkin mixture and mix well. Stir in nuts. Pour into greased 15x10x1 inch pan. Bake for 20-25 min. or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Tint frosting orange with food coloring; frost bars. Cut into pieces and add holiday decorations such as candy corn or pumpkins if desired.
