Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 C, shredded cheddar (sharp)
- 3/4 pkg. The Pantry Club Chipolte Chile dip mix
- 1/4 C, chopped cilantro
- 1/4 C, olive tapenade
- 1/4 to 1/2 C, chopped Jalapeno

Preparation
Step 1
Blend together all ingredients until creamy.
Add Chipolte Chile seasoning and mix evenly.
Refrigerate one hour.
Remove from refrigerator and form into a ball.
Roll in chopped parsley and cheddar cheese.
Serve with crackers.
