Ingredients

  • 16 ounces whole cranberries
  • 1 1/2 cups whole raspberries
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 1/2 sugar, or a little less

Preparation

Step 1

Cook ingredients except for sugar for 10 minutes over medium heat. Leave lid cocked a little bit so steam can escape.

When cranberry/raspberry are mushy spin thru a food mill into another pot. Add sugar and stir until dissolved. Simmer about 2 minutes. Pour into oiled tupperware or molds. I sprayed the container with canola spray and wiped with a paper towel. Chill for up to 3 days. Ta Da.
