  • 8 oz. MONTEREY GRILL-A-BELLA MUSHROOMS, sliced crosswise and lengthwise
  • 10 Lg. EGGS
  • 1/4 Cup MILK
  • 3 Tbsp. UNSALTED BUTTER
  • 6 Strips BACON, cut strips crosswise into about 1/2-inch-wide pieces
  • 1/4 Cup GRUYERE CHEESE, grated
  • 6 Green ONIONS, thinly sliced
  • BLACK PEPPER

Step 1

Crack the EGGS into a bowl, add the MILK, and beat them well. Melt the BUTTER in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add the BACON & MUSHROOMS. Cook for 5-6 minutes, or until the MUSHROOMS are soft. Next, add the eggs and scramble slightly. Then, add the CHEESE and scramble until EGGS are cooked. Finish with GREEN ONIONS & a little BLACK PEPPER. Serve Immediately.
