Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 6 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In mixing bowl, add all ingredients and stir until well blended. Place mini liners on cookie sheet & fill cups 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until tops spring back when lightly touched. Let cool on wire rack and frost with your favorite icing.
