Applesauce Cupcake

Ingredients

• TOPPING:
• 2 c. Bisquick
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon,
• 1/2 c. applesauce
• 1/4 c. milk
• 1 egg
• 2 tbsp. cooking oil
• 1/4 c. sugar
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• Melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all of the above ingredients together. If using muffin pan fill cups 2/3 full with batter.

If using a cookie sheet fill cups 1/2 full with batter.
Cook at 400 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes until brown. While still hot brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon and sugar mixture over tops.
