Saucy Pork Chops with Orange Slices

Ingredients
- 4 Pork Chops - thick
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 1/4 tsp dried crushed red pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sweet orange marmalade
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Jack Daniel's Orig Barbeque sauce 4 orange slices - 1/4 inch thick

Preparation
Step 1
Pierce pork chops with fork several times on each side. Combine pork chops and orange juice, soy sauce and crushed red pepper in a large zip-top plastic freezer bag. Cover or seal and chill for 30 minutes.
Remove chops from marinade, discard marinade. Sprinkle chops evenly with salt and black pepper.
Stir together marmalade and barbeque sauce in a small bowl. Brush one side of chops evenly with half of marmalade mixture.
Grill chops, marmalade mixture side UP - covered with grill lid down, over medium-high heat for 10 minutes. Turn pork chops, brush evenly with remaining half of marmalade mixture. Grill 10 minutes or until done. Remove chops from grill and let stand 5 minutes.
Grill orange slices, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat for 1 minutes on each side. Serve with cops.
For boneless chops, reduce grilling time to 8 minutes on each side.
