1 pkg. English Muffins
1 jar/can pizza sauce
1 pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
topping of choice

Preparation

Step 1

Place split english muffin on cookie sheet. Top with pizza sauce, choice of toppings, and sprinkle generously with mozzarella cheese. Place in broiler for a couple of minutes (until cheese melts).
