- 1 LARGE ONION CHOPPED
- 3 CANS (16 OZ) MEXICAN CHILI BEANS, UNDRAINED
- 1 CAN (16 OZ) WHOLE KERNEL CORN, UNDRAINED
- 1 CAN (16 OZ) DICED TOMATOES, UNDRAINED
- 1 CAN (15 OZ) TOMATO SAUCE
- 1-1/2 C WATER
- 1 CAN (4.5 OZ) GREEN CHILIES
- 1 PKG TACO SEASONING MIX
- 1 ENVELOPE RANCH DRESSING MIX

Step 1
COOK HAMBURGER AND ONION IN LARGE POT UNTIL MEAT IS BROWNED. DRAIN. STIR IN THE REST OF THE INGREDIENTS AND BRING TO A BOIL. REDUCE HEAT AND SIMMER. CAN SERVE AS SOON AS 30 MINUTES, BUT BEST FLAVOR IS ACHIEVED AFTER SOUP SIMMERS FOR AT LEAST 1 HOUR.
