Ingredients
- 1 baked pie shell
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2.5 cups milk
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon butter

Preparation
Step 1
Add enough of the milk to mix dry ingredients. Add 3 egg yolks, then rest of milk. Cook until thickens stirring constantly. Add vanilla and butter, stir until melted. Pour into baked pie shell. Cover in meringue and brown in oven.
Instead of Meringue:
3/4 cup whipping cream
1/4 teaspoon Cream of Tartar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whip
Add 1/4 cup sugar and whip again
Grate Hershey Chocolate Bar on top and refrigerate.
