Ingredients
- finely chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chicken into 1/4” cubes
- 2 cups of chicken soup
- 1 package The Pantry Club Onion Chive seasoning
- cubed carrots
- soup noodles cooked to package instructions (substitute cooked barley or cooked rice for the soup noodles)
- sliced green onions.

Preparation
Step 1
In a saucepan, saute onions until golden. Add chicken to saucepan and brown. Add chicken soup. Add Onion Chive seasoning. Cover & simmer for 15 mins.
Add carrots to the soup and continue to simmer for 15 mins., or until chicken and carrots have been thoroughly cooked. Add soup noodles.
Let stand to cool for a little bit. Serve with sliced green onions.
Makes about 2–2½ cups.
