Ingredients
- Topping:
- 6 medium cooked and grated potatoes
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped green onions
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 2 tbsp. melted margarine

Preparation
Step 1
Melt margarine with soup. Blend in sour cream, onion and cheese. Mix with grated potatoes. Place in buttered 9 X 13 casserole dish and top with the cornflakes and margarine mixture. Bake 350 for 30-40 Minutes.
