Ingredients

  • 2 c. canned tomatoes; undrained and chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced green chilis (4 oz.)
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. wine vinegar
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients together and cover. Leave overnight in refrigerator to blend flavors. If finer texture is desired put ingredients in a blender for few seconds.
