- 1 lb fish fillet cut into serving portions
- 1 c sliced fresh mushrooms
- 1/2 c diced green onions
- 1/4 tsp dried tarragon, crushed
- 2 tbs unsalted butter
- paprika

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Thaw fish if frozen.
Arrange fish in a baking dish.
Sprinkle w/salt.
Cook mushrooms, onion, tarragon in butter til tender
Spoon over fish. sprinkle with paprika.
Bake. covered, in oven for 6 to 10 mins. or til fish is ready.
