  • 3 tbsp. oil
  • 2 tbsp. vinegar
  • oregano
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 small can chopped green chilis
  • 1 small can tomato sauce

Step 1

Marinade steak in baggie with the first 5 ingredients for at least two hours total. The last hour add the chilis and tomato sauce. Barbeque or broil.
