Ingredients

  • 1 packet crackers, finely rolled (about 1 2/3 c.)
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. softened margarine

Step 1

Roll crackers into even crumbs. Pour crumbs into bowl, add sugar & softened margarine. Blend well with fork or fingers. Pour crumb mixture into 9 inch pie plate. Set an 8-inch pie plate on top of crumbs & press firmly to make an even layer on bottom & sides of 9 inch plate. Crust is now ready to fill, freeze for ice cream pie or to bake in oven at 375 for 5-7 minutes.
