Cakes: Helen Wells' Pumpkin Cake

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 c oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups pumpkin (1medium can)
• 3 c flour
• 1/2 t salt
• 2 t baking powder
• 2 t allspice
• 3 t cinnamon
• Buttercream Frosting
• 1 box 4x sugar
• 1/2 stick margarine
• 1 t lemon rind
• Lemon juice
• Make according to directions on 4x box using lemon juice and 1 t lemon zest.

Bake at 350 degrees.
