Ingredients
- 3 1/2 - 4 cups bread flour
- 1 3/4 cups warm water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 pkg dry yeast

Step 1
In bread machine, pour in water and salt. Add 3 cups flour and yeast. Set machine on "Dough". After mixture has bee incorporated, add remaining flour. When cycle is remove dough and place in large, greased rise for 3 hrs. Punch down and place in grease (covered) for 1 hr. Mixture will be runny, so it needs to be in a contained pan such as a springform pan or a terra cotta baking pan. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes. The last five minutes or so of baking, I gently remove the sides of the springform pan so the sides of the bread bakes more crispy.
