Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries
- 3 TBS cup aged balsamic vinegar OR raspberry balsamic vinegar
- 2 TBS Raspberry preserves
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- salt, pepper and garlic to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine the raspberries, vinegars, sugar and mustard in a blender until smooth. Slowly stream in the oil until combined.
