Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 tea. ground mustard
- 1/2 ta. garlic salt
- 3/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 to 1/2 tea. dried tarragon
- 1/4 tea. pepper
- 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 oz each)

Step 1
In a shallow bowl, combine the butter, mustard and garlic salt. In another shallow bowl, combine the bread crumbs, tarragon and pepper. Dip chicken into butter mixture, then coat with crumb mixture.
Place in an ungreased 9x13 baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 20-25 minuted or until a meat thermometer reads 170 degrees.
