  • 10 fresh figs (in quarters)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup of flour (70 grs.)
  • 1 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 100 grs. of sugar (or other sweetened sugar like splenda)
  • 3 eggs
  • pinch of salt

Method


Preheat the oven medium heat (180° c) .
Buttered some ramekins or others similars bowls (suitable for oven )
Distribute the raspberries and figs in the bowls.Reserve.
Process the flour, cream, sugar, eggs and sal. Procesar until the mixture is homogeneous.
Pour the mixture over the fruit bowls .
Baking by 20 to 25 minutes .The batter should be golden brown and well risen.
Serve warm as a dessert.
If you want sprinkle with caster sugar.
