Ingredients
- ground beef, 2 lb
- 2 t salt
- 2 pepper
- 2 T sugar
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 3 garlic clove, minced
- 1- 8 oz. can of crushed tomato sauce 2 cup
- 1- 2 oz. can (or jar) of minced pimientos
- 3 t chili powder
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. Accent seasoning
- 2 Tvinegar
- 2 c
- breadcrumbs
- Water
- 1 t cumin
- 1 t ginger
- 2 T paprik
- 1 t cayenne

Preparation
Step 1
Place 1/2 pound ground meat in cold skillet and cook slowly, stirring until fine and crumbly. Pour off accumulated fat. Add the chopped onion, minced garlic, tomato sauce, pimientos, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and Accent. Simmer the mixture for 1/2 hour. The sauce may be thinned with water if necessary. Makes enough for 9-12 hot dogs, depending upon how much you like to use.
