Ingredients
- caramel sauce:
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- 1 loaf french bread sliced into 1 thick slices
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1/2 cup pecans
- powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
13x9 inch pan greased
Place bread in a tight double layer. Pour liquid ingredients over top and sprinkle on pecans. Cover and refrigerate over night.
Bake in preheated over 400 degrees 20-25 minutes. Pour carmel sauce over after pulling out of oven and serve warm.
