Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 Ounce Del Monte Whole Leaf SPINACH
  • 3 Slices BACON
  • 1 ONION cut into chunks
  • 1 Can 16 ounces Whole NEW POTATOES Drained & Grated
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Marjoram
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Thyme

Preparation

Step 1

Drain SPINACH well (Pressing Out Liquid)
Cook BACON until crisp and set aside
Sauté ONION and POTATOE in BACON Drippings
Stir in MARJORAM and THYME and SPINACH; beat together.
Heat thoroughly.
Crumble BACON on top.
