- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup San J. Tamari Soy Sauce
- 1/2 cup unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1/4 cup dry sherry, sub.
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 1/8 cup ? pressed or minced fresh garlic
- 1/4 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mirin (rice wine)
- 1 1/2 cup Sriracha Chili Sauce
