Oreo Cake

Ingredients

• Drizzle:
• 3 C flour
• 2 C sugar
• 1 TB baking powder
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 C oil
• 1 C orange juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 4 large eggs
• 4 tsp of soy milk
• 1 C confectionery sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt in large mixing bowl.

Add oil, oj, vanilla and eggs. Beat at medium speed.

Add in chopped oreo cookies and mix.

Pour into bundt pan or 9x13 pan and bake for approx 50 minutes.

drizzle the icing after cake cools.
