Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 large cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and diced
- juice from 1 lime
- 1 tsp lime zest
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil (or until you get your desired consistency)
- salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingredients except the olive oil in a food processor until well combined. With the motor running slowly add the olive oil.
Season to taste with salt and pepper.
