Ingredients
- 1 tbsp evoo
- 2 tbsp minced fresh garlic
- 2 tbsp minced ginger root
- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1 1/2 cups cooked jasmine or glutinous rice
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 tbso light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh chives
Preparation
Step 1
heat a medium-large wok or non stick pan until hot. add evoo, garlic and ginger root stirring constantly. next add pineappleand saute lightly. then stir in cooker rice, sesame oil, raisins and sopy sauce; saute until lightly crisp. keep warm until ready to serve, before serving sprinkle with the chopped chives.
