- 1 (16 oz) pkg. frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
- 1/2 tea. ground chipotle pepper
- 1/4 tea. cumin
- 1/4 tea. ground coriander
- 1 / 4tea. salt

In a large skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat. Add onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring frequently, for 3 minutes. Add corn and remaining ingredients;l cook for 6-8 minutes or until corn is heated through.
