- 1 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 red potato (sliced)
- 1 onions (halved and thinly sliced)
- 6 boneless pork loin chops (5 ounces)
