Ingredients
- 1 pkg Light Cream Cheese, room temperature 250 g
- 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese , room temperature 125 mL
- 1/2 cup brown sugar 125 mL
- 2 vanilla pudding cups 198 g
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract 5 mL
- 3 tbsp Sensations by Compliments Creamy Caramel Drizzler 45 mL
- 2 tbsp caramel bits 30 mL

Step 1
1. Using a hand or stand mixer, blend together the cream cheese, mascarpone cheese and brown sugar, until smooth, occasionally scraping down the side of the bowl with a spatula. Mix in the pudding and vanilla and blend until light and creamy. Transfer the dip to a wide shallow bowl, drizzle with the caramel sauce and sprinkle with the caramel bits. Serve with freshly sliced fruit/fruit skewers or wrap and refrigerate until needed.
