Ingredients
- STRUSEL
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cold butter
- MUFFINS
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 1 1/2 tea. pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2/3 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 egg
- honey, if desired

Step 1
Heat oven to 375 degrees.
In small bowl, mix 1/2 cup Bisquick and the brown sugar until well blended. Cut in butter, using fork or pastr4y blender, until mixture is crumbly; set aside.
In large bowl, stir 2 cups Bisquick mix, the pumpkin pie spice, walnuts, carrots, raisins and sugar until blended. Stir in milk, oil and egg until blended. Pour into ungreased 8" square pan. Sprinkle with streusel.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes before serving. Drizzle with honey.
Serve warm.
