Sausage & Bacon Breakfast Quiche 0 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk or half-and-half
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 3/4 to 1 cup bulk breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 unbaked 9" deep-dish pie crust

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, toss cheese with flour. Set aside.

In a large bowl, combine eggs and milk. Add bacon, sausage, and cheese mixture, mixing well. Pour egg mixture into unbaked pie crust.

Bake until eggs are set and a wooden pick inserted in the center comes out clean, approx. 1 hour.

Let cool slightly; serve warm.
