Ingredients
- 2 Ibs ground beef
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (or 1/2 & 1/8 tsp garlic powder)
- 2 (6 oz) cans tomato paste
- 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup hot water
- 2 (4 oz) cans sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp oregano

Step 1
Brown meat over mediou heat. Add celery, onions, green peppers and garlic. Cook, stirring until clear. Add remaining ingredients, and sinmer over low heat for 3-4 hours.
