Grilled Teriyaki Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup sweet onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onion, minced
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Preparation
Step 1
Heat soy sauce and honey until honey melts. Remove from heat. Add remaining ingredients. Cool.
Rinse tenderloin. Slice diagonally into 1 1/2 thick slices. Marinate pork in large Ziploc bag for several hours or overnight.
Grill over medium hot coals about 7 minutes per side. Be careful not to overcook, as meat will become tough.
