Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (2 layer size) chocolate cake mix (not pudding in the mix variety)
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 cup miracle whip or miracle whip light dressing
- cool whip whipped topping, thawed

Step 1
stir cake mix and cocoa in large mixing bowl; add remaining ingredients. Beat with electric mixer on low speed for 30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat with electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Grease and flour 2 9" round cake pans. Line bottom of pans with wax paper. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes; remove from pans. Immediately remove wax paper. Cool completely on wire racks.
Fill and frost layers with whipped topping. Garnish with fresh berries. Store in refrigerator.
