Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 cup packaged Italian blend cheese
- 1 tbsp rounded very finely chopped red pepper
- 1 green onion
- 1/2 package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- pinch of cayenne pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 400ºF. Mix cream cheese, garlic powder, Italian cheese blend with a hand or stand mixer until softened and well mixed. Add red pepper and onion and mix on low until just incorporated. Add spinach and mix until just incorporated. Transfer mixture to a small ovenproof dish sprinkling cayenne pepper and cheddar cheese on top. Bake for 15-18 min or until bubbling around the edges. Remove and allow to cool for 5-10 min.
Serve with Pita chips, crackers or rye bread.
