Ingredients
- 4 quarts tomatoes, (cored and skinned), (blend tomatoes in a blender)
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp. red pepper
- 4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 cup cooking oil
- 4 small cans tomato paste

Step 1
Cook all ingredients, except tomato paste, for 1 hour, uncovered. Add tomato paste and cook for 10 minutes.. Put in jars and seal.
