This is my version of one of my favorite restaurant meals....

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts or 4 thighs (skin removed and Ground)
  • 10 cloves of garlic mashed or finely diced
  • 1 heaping tbsp chilli flakes or dried halipeno flakes
  • 3 tablespoons of Canola oil
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tbsp of cilantro
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes finely chopped.
  • 1 can black beans drained and rinsed.

Preparation

Step 1

Add oil to frying pan over mediumm heat. When heated add garlic and stir until slighly browned, about 4 or 5 minutes. Then add ground chicken and break up mixing thoughoughly with garlic for another 4 or 5 minutes.
