Ingredients
- 16 oz. wagon wheel pasta
- 1 jar (15 oz.) Cheez Whiz
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese, about 5 oz.
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tea. dry Southwest seasoning

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat shallow 2 qt. casserole dish with cooking spray. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain well; return to pot.
Meanwhile, in small pot over medium heat, combine Cheez Whiz, milk and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese; cook, stirring, until heated through and grated cheese melts. Stir in green onions and southwest seasoning until blended.
Stir cheese sauce into pasta until completely coated. Transfer to casserole dish; sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Cheddar. Lightly coat sheet of foil with cooking spray. Lightly cover casserole with foil Bake 25-30 minutes or until heated through.
