  • 1 cup cooked long-grain white rice
  • 1/4 cup thin red pepper strips
  • 1/4 cup thin matchlike cucumber sticks

Step 1

SPREAD ham with cream cheese; top with rice, spreading to within 1/4 inch of edges.
