Ingredients

  • 1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 C Milk
  • 2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 C Oil
  • 2 C Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, unwrapped & chopped (I used my food processor)

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients & mix with electric mixer for about 2 minutes. Batter will be thick. Fill cupcake liners about 2/3 full & bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Icing

2 Sticks Unsalted Butter, softened
2 C Confectioner's Sugar, sifted
1 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme
1 C Peanut Butter
2 oz Semi Sweet Chocolate, melted
24 unwrapped mini Reese's Cups

Mix all ingredients until smooth & top each with mini peanut butter cup.

This recipe yields 24 cupcakes, but you can double it easily to get approx 51 cupcakes.
