Ingredients
- 16 OZ GOOD QUALITY CHOCOLATE
- 3/4 C HEAVY CREAM
- 1/2 LB BUTTER
- FLAVORED LIQUEUR (2 T)
- I USE KAHULA, WHITE CREME DE MENTHE, ORANGE LIQUEUR ETC--
- COCOA POWDER OR GOOD QUALITY CHOCOLATE FOR COATING OF TRUFFLES

Preparation
Step 1
IN A DOUBLE BOILER MELT CHOCOLATE AND HEAVY CREAM. ONCE MELTED, REMOVE FROM HEAT AND ADD BUTTER. ONCE BUTTER IS INCORPORATED, ADD LIQUEUR OF CHOICE.
POUR INTO A PYREX PAN AND COVER WITH PLASTIC WRAP
CHILL
SCOOP, SHAPE INTO BALLS, AND PLACE ON PARCHMENT LINED SHEET.
USE EITHER COCOA POWDER OR CANDY COATING TO FINISH
