Ingredients

1 egg
2/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. bak. powder

Preparation

Step 1

Heat about 2 c. oil over med. -high heat. Beat eggs and milk. Mix other ingredients in separate bowl. Slowly add to milk mix, beating till smooth. Use funnel to drop into hot oil working from center outwards in a web pattern. Cook 2-3 mins. Remove from oil when golden and crispy. Sprinkle w/ powdered sugar immediately and serve.
