  • 1 32 oz package frozen hashbrown potatoes, thawed
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 10 oz can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups, 8 oz, shredded cheddar Ritz cracker topping-crushed with melted butter

Step 1

Mix ingredients together, except Ritz, and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Add cracker topping. Bake at 350° for 50 min.
