Ingredients
- 3 Cups Ricotta (Drained)
- 1 Cup Mascarpone
- 1-1/2 to 2 Cups Powdered Sugar
- 1-1/2 Teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1-1/2 Teaspoons Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Cup of Mini-Chocolate Chips + more for dipping
- Crushed Pistaschios (Optional) for dipping

Preparation
Step 1
Whip cheeses together with powdered sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla until creamy. Stir in 1 cup of mini chips. Put mixture in piping bag with large tip. Fill empty cannoli shells, leaving ends full enough to dip. Mix crushed nuts and additional chocolate chips together and dip each end in the mixture.
Refrigerate before serving to set filling.
