Crustless Spinach Quiche

Add a 9 inch unbaked pie shell to add a crust
swop spinach for other ingredients to suite your taste

Ingredients

• 1 10 oz package of frozen spinach
• 8 oz shredded cheese (cheddar)
• 2 beaten eggs
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp flour
• 1/2 tsp salt
• dash of pepper

Preparation

Step 1

thaw frozen spinach, dry
in mixing bowl add flour to cheese
beat eggs and milk, add to cheese
add spinach
put in small casserole dish
bake at 350 for one hour
let cool for 10 minutes
