Ingredients
- 19 oz sausage, grilled and coin sliced
- 1 pgk rigatoni pasta (16 oz)
- 3 T olive oil
- 1 large red pepper, chunked ad sauteed
- 1 jar (26 oz) pasta sauce
- 2 T chp parsley
Preparation
Step 1
cook sausage.
cook rigatoni
In a large pan, place oil and garlic. Saute for 30 seconds. Add peppers and cook until crisp tender.
Combine sausage and pasta sauce with peppers and heat until warm. Mix in pasta. Top with parsley.
