PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Ingredients

• 3/4 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1/2 Cup Crisco
• 1 1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
• 3 TBLS. Milk
• 1 TBLS. Vanilla
• 1 Egg
• 1 3/4 Cup Flour
• 3/4 Tsp. Salt
• 3/4 Tsp. Baking Soda

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375*. Combine Peanut Butter, Crisco, brown sugar, milk and vanilla in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed until well blended. Add the egg and beat until just blended.
Combine flour, salt and soda. Add to the creamed mixture at low speed. Mix until blended.
Drop by heaping teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork crisscross pattern.
Bake for 8-10 minutes or until set in the middle. Cool 2 minutes on baking sheet then remove to cool completely.
